Internal Family  Systems (IFS)

A journey towards understanding yourself with compassion

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself: the inner critic, the part that overthinks, the one that seeks control, or the parts that carry fear, shame, or sadness.

Rather than trying to silence or change these parts, IFS invites you to listen to them with curiosity and compassion. Even the parts that create struggle often developed to protect you from emotional pain.

At the heart of this approach is the understanding that beneath these protective patterns lies your Self, a place of calmness, clarity, and compassion from which healing and change can emerge.

What happens in a session?

In our sessions, I guide you to slow down and connect with your inner experience, including your emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Together, we gently explore the parts that show up, understand what they may be protecting, and listen to what they need.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in emotional and body awareness. We move at your own pace, creating space for greater self-understanding, inner safety, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

The intention is not to fix who you are, but to understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the person beneath the protective patterns.
